This site was created for a real estate developer who had been in business for decades, had several subdivisions, had built countless homes, but did not have a central web presence.  The site needed to be easy to navigate while communicating a large amount of constantly changing information.  It also needed to be intuitive enough that the site owner could keep it up to date.
